Follow the Leader!
Being a natural leader has to do with many qualities. To be a true and natural leader you have to be trustworthy and honest to other people. Enthusiasm cannot be forgotten as well. A leader needs to inspire the people around him or her with passion and dedication and offering a good example to everyone. You have to be confident with the position you are in, and your people will be highly motivated with what they are doing and do a good job. You cant show your people that you have no confidence with your job, because you are the leader. Leaders must be orderly. The leader must prove that they are able to work towards the final purpose, this will make the people feel secure. Leaders must be calm and be able to manage anything even if they are stressed out about situations. The leader must treat everyone with respect and leave no one out. Being organized is a big part of being a good and natural leader so nothing gets lost and everything is in line the way it should be. They also have to have the ability to be powerful and stand up for what is right and make the right choices. These qualities describe a good and natural leader who will make the best out of any situation and achieve great deeds.

Childhood Story
During my childhood years, there were a lot of stories that were important to me. But one story that really impacted me was the "The Kissing Hand" by Audrey Penn. When I was younger, I used to fear going to school and being without my mom. I never wanted to get dropped off at school. My step mom would read me this book just about every night. This story is about two raccoons, a mother and her son, Chester. Chester's fear was leaving his mother at the beginning of school everyday and so the mother would kiss his hand and whenever he felt lonely or scared he would press his hand against his cheek and remember that his mommy loves him. With such assurance, Chester is able to go off to school now. Being such a sensitive raccoon, Chester feels that his mother needs a kissing hand too! This story helped me get through school when I didn't want to go. I would have my mom kiss my hand and I would feel all better!

Technology!
Years ago the ways of communication was a bit more difficult. We have it easy now with all the new technology and gagets. People dont even have to call anyone anymore, all we have to do is text. Well, if you really think about that it can sometimes be a bad thing. Sometimes things will get taken out of context, causing conflict between two or more people. People these days now depend on their cell phones, i-pods, and the internet instead of using their personal relation skills. The internet is actually a dangerous place unless you know exactly what you are doing. Technology is a fantastic thing in my opinion but can also cause "bad news". Communication is now instant and now teenagers are so engaged with their cell phones, i-pods, and internet and think they couldn't live without them, but really they are nothing but a "toy".
